How to use your neck cooler
Chill it in the fridge or in iced water for about 20 minutes, then wear it. When it warms up, chill it again. How long it stays cool depends on the outside temperature.
Size guide
The ring is open at the front and flexes a little, so it slips on easily. Measurements are taken flat and are approximate (plus or minus 1 cm).
