Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at damienbertrand79@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, including the shipping you paid.

Change of mind

You can return an item for a change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first at damienbertrand79@gmail.com to get the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
