This website is operated by IcyMate, a business of Damien Gabriel Bertrand, sole trader, ABN 90 493 866 744, Perth, Western Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

3. Group discounts

Group discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 25% off when you buy 5 items or more, and 35% off when you buy 10 items or more.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through secure payment providers. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Safe use

Our cooling towel and cooling products help you feel cooler, but they do not replace drinking water, shade or regular breaks in hot weather. Always follow heat safety advice.
